We proudly stand behind the high quality of our products; however it's our mission to satisfy every customer. If, for any reason, you aren't 100% satisfied, you may exchange or return any full price item within 14 days of purchase. Brazilian Moda will accept returns and exchanges on items that have not been washed, are unworn and in the original packaging, including tags (NO exceptions). The merchandise can not be soiled in any way and must be received within 14 days of original shipping date. Exchanges are subject to re-shipping charges. Please, don't forget to add a tracking number in any merchandise returned to us.

For customers who request refunds we will credit your credit card or debit card for the amount of returned merchandise minus the shipping costs. Customers who wish to exchange their merchandise may due so or be issued a store credit.
In your return package, please include a note letting us know how you would like us to handle the situation: exchange or refund and an explanation of why are you returning the product (for quality purposes). If you would like an exchange please indicate the style, color, and size desired. You can check all the available products at www.Brazilianmoda.com. If you need to receive the exchange by a specific date, please indicate the date on your note.

*Using FedEx, UPS, or Other Shippers for Shipping Returns and Exchanges: Please do not attempt to send returns or exchanges via FedEx, UPS, or other shipper using our account as payment for shipping. That is, do not check the box where the recipient will pay for shipping charges. We will not accept any merchandise where shipping is charged to our account. Any shipment returned in this way will be refused, and you will be responsible for any shipping charges. You are welcome to return items via FedEx, UPS, or other shippers using your own account or credit card. Note that we do not reimburse return shipping. Our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished.
We can back order some items; please e-mail us with style number, color and size and we will let you know if it’s possible and how long will take for delivery. Most items ship within 2-4 weeks.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
